However, when you have to commute frequently to work and you have to be near the Surat Airport, then Vesu simplifies things. Imagine that it is the Banjara Hills of Surat.
Piplod does not scream to be noticed. It just works. Close to IT hubs. Close to banks. The area is near the airport and the railway station. Rates are fair 1800-3500/ sq ft. Althan is the one to watch. It is located on the VIP road which is already one of the most well connected roads in Surat. And soon it will have a Red Line metro station of its own. Prices are still moderate. However, when that metro begins to run, that increase will be 15 to 20 percent. Shopping in Althan is comparable to reserving a ticket before all other people know that the train is departing.
The DREAM City is a 683-hectare project that is being constructed adjacent to Bhimrad. There is an approaching convention centre. A metro station is planned. The area is still affordable. However, two years down the road, it is going to be a totally different story. Bhimrad might be your best bet in case you are that kind of a person who does early purchases and waits patiently.
Palanpur is the cheapest locality in Surat that is metro-connected. Prices sit around 3,750 per sq ft. And it has the largest rental yield in the city at 5.9. Get a flat here, rent it, and have it increase in value as you receive monthly payments. Simple math. Big returns.
