We analyzed 40 localities across Noida, focusing on key trends in
land prices in Noida. Average land prices stood at ₹9,462/sq ft
(₹101,800/sq m), marking a 7.55% increase from Q1 2023. This
positive momentum reflects growing demand driven by infrastructure
upgrades and urban expansion, positioning Noida as a prime
investment hub. The market features zones from Elite to Economic,
with price bands spanning ₹4,500–15,500/sq ft. High-end areas like
Sector-94 and Sector-43 command premium values, while affordable
pockets such as Sector-73 and Sector-151 offer entry-level
opportunities. Strong amenities in Noida, including top hospitals
in Noida like Fortis and Apollo, enhance lifestyle appeal and
boost long-term property values for investors and residents alike.
